Head Chef - Neil McKenzie

Attention is paid to sourcing the best British suppliers to ensure we have the finest quality ingredients. The head chef is Neil Mackenzie, previously of Michelin-starred Lindsay House where he worked under the wing of Award winning Chef Richard Corrigan for two years. Neil won the award for Young Scottish Chef of the year in 2000 and was accredited with runner up for the Gordon Ramsay Scholarship in 2005. Neil has trained with the Malmaison group of hotels in Edinburgh. His menu offers a premium British dining experience, without fuss or over-complication.

Opening times:

Lunch: Mon-Fri from 12pm – 3pm, Mon-Fri 5pm – 12am, Sat 11am – 12am, Sun 11am – 10:30pm
